About North Shore Myo Group

Jesse Blazar and Victoria Mayo are the founders of North Shore Myo Group. We are Myfunctioanal Therapists and Registered Dental Hygienists. Fast friends and complimentary colleagues, North Shore Myo Group organically emerged from people seeking help with orofacial myofunctional dysfunction.

We are two moms who started this journey as dental hygienists with a desire to expand our ability to help our patients. We discovered myofunctional therapy through the dentist we were working with and witnessed great improvements in patient symptoms sparking an endless desire for more information and knowledge. Our desire is to help people of all ages through a natural approach and a community of practitioners. We believe in the therapy we do and the healing it provides.

Our Team

Jesse Blazar

Jesse is an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, Myobrace Educator, and Registered Dental Hygienist, who lives in Beverly, MA with her husband and two sons. Her journey into MFT was propelled by her own experience with myofunctional disorders. When she experienced the health changes within herself, she felt compelled to help others. She believes our health is our greatest asset and also our biggest responsibility.

Victoria Mayo

Victoria is an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, certified in the Myobrace system, and a Registered Dental Hygienist who lives in Wakefield, MA, with her family. When offered the chance to branch out into a new therapeutic modality, she jumped in with two feet, feeling that the new dental training was in alignment with all she believed and how she wanted to be able to treat her patients. Now, she is thrilled to help patients find root causes, work to restore health and function, reduce the use of pharmaceuticals, and increase energy, overall health, and well-being.
